Hypnotherapy

Sometimes there are things in life that we would like to change because we feel that they stand in the way of our wellbeing and happiness. Whether it is anxiety, stress, low self-esteem or habits we would like to change, they all end up affecting our lives.

 

This is where hypnotherapy comes is. It is a recognised, safe and highly effective method that has helped people since the dawn of time to change habits that are no longer useful, achieve inner calm and peace, overcome fears and phobias, or improve performance, for example. It can bring about positive change in the life of any person who chooses to work with their mind to develop, change or heal old patterns.

 

WHAT I OFFER

My aim is to help you get more of the life that you want and break habits or patterns that no longer serve you.

I offer in person sessions at the Therapy Rooms in Chippenham but also online. I work with adults and children.


FEES

Session (50 minutes): £65

Smoking cessation (90 to 120 minutes): £250 (This is a single treatment session. No prior consultation required.)


I am an accredited member of The General Hypnotherapy Register and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and work in accordance with their Code of Ethics. I am fully qualified and insured. Continual professional development ensures my practice remains up to date.
